This is an informational letter for parents and students regarding our trip to state.

Itinerary and Packing List

This is the tentative itinerary for state. It will be updated as we get more informations from state office. This also includes the packing list, so look at it ahead of time to see if you need to buy or prepare anything.

Presentation/Project Events Submission Instructions

If you are competing in Prepared Speaking, Healthy Lifestyle, Health Education, Health career display, or Medical Innovation, you must upload your portfolios or works cited page to the Inglemoor HOSA Google Drive. Check out detailed information on this document.

STEM Premier Events Submission Instructions

If you are competing in Clinical Specialty, Health Career Photography, Job Seeking Skills, Public Service Announcement, or Researched Persuasive Writing and Speaking, your portfolios or projects must be uploaded to STEM Premier and the Inglemoor HOSA Google Drive. State Field Trip Forms

Please pay your 2nd deposit ($180) to Ms. Heindel and turn in your field trip form into the box in Ms. Heindel's office by Feb 15th, if you are attending state.  

Rooming Spreadsheet

Please also fill out the rooming spreadsheet with members that you would like to room with. Each room must have 4 members and cannot be unisex. If you do not fill out the rooming sheet by the 15th, you will be placed randomly.

State Officer Application Packet

Consider applying for State Office if you are attending the state conference. Check deadlines and requirements carefully. 

State Commitment Form & Parent Letter

Please read this letter with your parents and turn in the commitment form and turn it in to Mrs. Lee's mailbox by Wednesday, January 25th. Make sure to also pay your $50 first deposit to Ms. Heindel by January 25th. (If you are not going to Spokane and only doing testing events, you do not need to turn in the commitment form, HOWEVER DO NEED TO PAY THE $50 testing fee.)

Sign up for the Barbara James Service Award by filling out this form by 10PM on Dec. 7th.

State Competition Scholarship Application Form

If you want to attend the state competition in Spokane, but cannot afford it, apply for partial or full scholarship through this form by 10PM on Dec. 7th.
